Some of the key questions and points that I cover in this episode are:

  • Why realizing when to be silent is important? Understanding and realizing how important silence is for our own success, growth and development, and using silence to avoid unnecessary conflict and our own problems
  • Why people are saying that words that they do in our presence? The importance of taking some time to do self-discovery and situational awareness exercise to determine if and when response is warranted.
  • Are you creating a positive change and providing a resolution to a problem or question when speaking in a group setting or are you saying something just because you feel that you need to say something? Adding benefit to a conversation or creating an empty noise
  • Can silence be powerful, and if so how? What can we do every day in order to discover the power of silence?

Some of the key questions and points that I cover in this episode are:

  • Process and speed with which we create excuses and not following through on our commitments, promises and goals is a rocky road filled with excuses and false promises to ourselves and others - why are we doing that to ourselves every day, every year?
  • What are some of the key drivers behind our decisions to give up and stop focusing on what we were working towards and wanted to achieve?
  • Are we expecting results too soon, living in the state of immediate gratification, or we are we simply not fully committed to go after our goals?
  • What does it take to establish new habits or to overwrite an existing ones? New habits do not get established overnight, it takes time, sometimes a lot of time, patience, dedication and commitment. Do we really want to create new habits and improve our present and future or we are we just saying that we do because it sounds good to us and others?
  • New Years Resolution goals are simply and illusion that many of us create every year just to knowingly create false perception of goal-setting and commitment and to feel good about ourselves, at least for a short period of time. Why not set and stick to our commitments every day of the year? Why not stop making false promises and lie to ourselves when setting new goals?

Some of the key questions and points that I cover in this episode are:

  • Understanding different perspectives of the question - "Does money grow on trees?" The answer will depend on how we interpret this question vs. looking at it literally
  • What does 'planting the right seed' means when it comes to personal development, foundation establishment, goal setting, self-education, and investment in personal growth?
  • Leaning on the strong foundation that you build when faced with challenges and difficulties throughout life. Why is having strong foundation important and how it can be used in building the lifestyle, business, or our career?
  • How question - "Does money grow on trees?" be positioned as negative point of view in our mind early in life and how it may impact our view of money, earning money, seeking more later in our professional life?

Some of the key questions and points that I cover in this episode are:

  • What does accountability means? Why is it important and why it's required in any goal-setting or habit-setting/creation process?
  • Hiding behind 'New Years Resolution' in order to procrastinate and avoid taking any action to create change, or to keep driving towards our wants and needs. Why do we choose to procrastinate and wait until next New Years to reset and start again, establish new goals, or update/'rewrite existing plans and goals? Why not start now?
  • Why are we so quick to give up so easily on a particular goal or habit creation, leading to loss of forward momentum?
  • How can an accountability system and process can help us to keep moving forward and stick to our promises and commitments when we feel like stopping and/or giving up the important task, project, life's dream?
  • How can one establish a solid accountability system and focus on what we expect to achieve in the near term or in the future?
  • What is your 'WHY?" What or who motivates you to get up each morning and do what you do every single day? Why are you choosing to invest time and energy into your own personal and professional development?
