Hi everyone,
Welcome to the Heart & Mind of a Leader show. I am happy to have you here. Please share your feedback about this topic and episode in the comments below. Thank you!

Some of the main questions and points that I cover in this episode are:

  • Solutions are not visible on surface, one must dig deep to find the answers
  • It's mush easier to give up and stop pursuing one's goals because others are telling you that it's is impossible, versus work really hard to overcome obstacles, trust and believe in yourself and prove everyone that it is possible
  • When was finding great success was easy? High levels of energy and great deal of time are required. Problems will not solve themselves, one must take action to solve them
  • Don't quit near the finish line. How champions become champions? They work harder and longer than someone who is not committed to their life time goal
  • You either find a solution or dwell over a problem, choice is yours. Anything is possible if you truly believe that it is

Hi everyone,
Welcome to the Heart & Mind of a Leader show. I am happy to have you here. Please share your feedback about this topic and episode in the comments below. Thank you!

Some of the main questions and points that I cover in this episode are:

  • The use of word 'unfair' in daily interactions and its effect on problem solving or problem creation
  • What perception the use of the phrase 'it's not fair' may create? Is that the perception you intend on giving out? Let's figure out how the use of such phrase may create confusion, misunderstanding, and take away opportunities to learn and grow
  • The importance to be prepared for life's challenges versus expecting for life to be fair to us. You may be disappointed if you expectation is for life to be fair at all times
  • When the word 'fair' may be used? What are some of the ways to use this word to create a sense of trust and respect in business and personal situations?
  • Self-reflect when you feel that someone is being 'unfair' towards you. Questions to ask yourself to create opportunities to correct any prior misunderstandings and establish positive working relationships between parties

Hi everyone,
Welcome to the Heart & Mind of a Leader show. I am happy to have you here. Please share your feedback about this topic and episode in the comments below. Thank you - Alex Kheyson

Some of the main questions and points that I cover in this episode are:

  • How do we view challenging situations that we face in your lives? Are we looking at each challenge as an opportunity to grow and learn from or as something that can't be solved
  • The way we view each situation, positive or negative, affects the outcome of the outcome of that specific situation
  • Being afraid to reach out for help due to personal ego, is a big mistake that many of us make every time we need help. How can we be more open and not be afraid to ask for help?
  • Positive and optimistic outlook is the key. Getting negativity to get inside of you and keeping it in is not beneficial for our own mindset and wellbeing
  • Being in control, always remembering that each situation can be viewed from a different, a positive angle, while keeping negativity away

Hi everyone,

Alex Kheyson here. Welcome to the Heart & Mind of a Leader show.

In this episode I am discussing the following points and questions:

  • What are you capable of achieving? Why do we set limits to our growth and future?
  • Whatever you think in you mind is the end result, ultimately leads you to that result. Is it possible or impossible what you think?
  • Do you have what it takes to succeed and reach your goal? Is having passion the only requirement? Passion is only the beginning, but other ingredients must be present to keep going
  • Why do we give up on our goals so easily and stop trying? Is it caused by the situation or is it caused by our decisions? We often stop before the finish line is reached, half-way towards our goal
  • The important of giving your 100%. Different between want to accomplishing a goal and making a decision to accomplish it. Why this is important?
  • Five takeaways to think about before you go

Hi everyone,

In this episode the following points and questions are addressed:

  • What is the purpose of the weekend in your opinion and how it aligns to the opinions of others. Or is there an general alignment?
  • Do you see weekend as an opportunity to relax or opportunity to work on your goals? I guess this completely depends on your goals.
  • Weekend and opportunity it presents to work on your goals and dreams, as well as setting the foundation for the upcoming week. Time to grind or time to play? Which option aligns with your mission?
  • By dedicating 5-8+ hours on Saturday and Sunday to get closer to your personal and professional goals, are you taking time away or adding more time to spend with your family? This is difficult, but not impossible question to answer.
  • The importance of time and how it can help or hurt your mission in the long run?
  • Ways we can use weekends to maximize our time available to establish and work towards completing those goals, which ultimately should lead you closer to your lifetime dream(s). You may not currently see the weekend the same way I do, and that's ok, but I want to show you how change in our daily activities, including weekends,  can be the different between standing still and moving forward.

Oct 12, 2016

Hey everyone, Alex Kheyson here.

In this podcast episode I am discussing the following:

Why most people focus on what they see above the surface and expect great things come to them, without considering or thinking about the 'roots', foundation, what is beneath the surface? We expect things just come to us, money, wealth, job, and success, but we are not willing to work to get it.

Let's focus on building our foundation in few simple steps, in order to get the life and future that we want for ourselves. Stop blaming others for your failures, or lack of happiness, start doing, go after what you want and show the world what you are capable of.

Episode 24 - What do I really want in life?

Hey everyone,

My apologies for a long pause.

In this episode I am uncovering the question that all of us are asking ourselves as some point in our lives - "What do I really want in life?" Many of us are faced with uncertainty, whether you want to admit it or not.

In this post I am sharing a question that you can ask yourself,  which took me many years or going through self-reflection sessions and many failures and mistakes that I've made while trying to find the answer to the question same question. This one self-uncovering question  had changed my life and helped me to uncover my passion. Only one question that you need to ask yourself if you are still not happy where you are in life, not happy with your job, or how much money you earn. It took me many long years, until I finally uncovered this one question which helped me see the path that I want to take in my life. Don't wait several  more years asking yourself  what you want in life, begin living the life of your dreams today.

Hey everyone,

In this podcast episode I've want to speak with you about ways how our own mind dictates us what to do, and in some cases limits us from potentially reaching our goals and life-time dreams.

We all have dreams that we want to fulfill in our lives, whether it is opening our own business, advancing in our existing careers, make more money, travel, etc. However, often we find ourselves in the same situation year over year without any significant progress. Why?

It all has to do with doubts and fears in our own mind, where we create barriers for ourselves, making it seem like there's no way for us to move forward towards reaching our life-time goals, follow our passion, and do what we really love. In this episode I am discussing the following:
